The “PD Request for Funds” form should be sent to Alyssa Friesen at PLS. This form is for school PD Reps and those involved with Collaborative Learning Groups (CLGs).

CLG applications can be submitted – with administrator approval – to your school PD Rep (indicated in Bold above) and the PD Chair, Alyssa Friesen.
2025 Mileage rate is $0.72 and the current Substitute Teacher rate is $212/day.
